Job Description
Assistant Manager - HRIS and Data
Zycus is seeking an Assistant Manager – HRIS and Data to join the HR Operations team at its Bangalore Office (Hybrid Role).

This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR data, analytics, reporting, and HR tool administration. Job responsibilities of the role will include the following, but will not be limited to:

Responsibilities:
  • Generate multiple HR MIS reports, including, attrition, recruitment metrics, learning metrics, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline data.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible and actionable format.
  • Monitor and report on headcount data, ensuring alignment with the organization’s staffing needs and budget.
  • Track headcount movements such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Prepare analysis for any employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys etc.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other HR tech platforms.
  • Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure system enhancements are suggested and built for better automation, reducing dependencies.
  • Partner with internal applications teams and provide required support for HR digitization and automation.
Job Requirement
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s or a Master's degree 
  • 6 plus years of experience in Data Analysis, HRIS/ HR Tech / or similar data management roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in using data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Functional understanding of HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes across the employee life cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of recruiter incentive models or experience in compensation analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
