• Drive account pursuits strategically through product demonstrations & solutioning of customer business requirements

• Be responsible for product positioning, evaluating customer’s requirements and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning.
• Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Source to Pay (S2P) Functional areas.
• Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful one.
• Work with the Zycus Customer Account Managers and partners on Zycus implementations in designing the optimal end to end source to pay solution design that will enable customers to successfully realize the value of their Zycus S2P deployment.
• Develop S2P implementation best practices within your areas of expertise and be a champion for their adoption.
• Collaborate with documentation, training, and product management teams internally within your area of expertise. Engage customers in enlightened business needs discussions versus feature/function basics.
• Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Zycus platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
• Create and/or improve implementation templates, training, and presentations.
• Follow Zycus implementation methodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer’s unique business needs.
• Share relevant prior experiences with customers and colleagues.
• Aid colleagues where needed.
• Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off the client site.
• Provide Zycus platform demonstrations and various training.

• BE / MBA from top tier institutes.
• A minimum of 7-12 years of relevant experience is a must.
• 7+ years’ experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on packaged software product implementation
• 7+ years of senior consulting experience and/or forward-facing customer experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Source to Pay Solutions. Hands-on knowledge of Coupa, iValua, GEP, Icertis, Apttus, or any other S2P platform is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing multiple Source to pay enterprise implementations with end-to-end responsibility.
• Experience with Software as a Service is a must.
• Extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go-live.
• Advanced MS Word, MS Project Skills
• Advanced skills to create swim lanes process flow
• Business Process Experience – Flowable, Activity, or similar product
• Strong understanding of web technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
