Job Description
Zycus is looking for a 'Lead HR Operations' to be based at our Bangalore / or Mumbai Office (Hybrid).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to shape the HR Operations and HR Tech for the organization and drive operational efficiency.

The primary focus will be on optimizing HR operations, payroll and compliances along with  driving organizational change to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of
HR services. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, functional understanding of various HR streams, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The responsibilities of the role will include the following but not be limited to:

HR and Payroll Operations :
  • Re-engineering the existing HR processes to build efficiency, accuracy, appropriate controls and reduce dependencies.
  • Ensuring HR Ops SLAs are strictly adhered to
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, changes, and associated procedures, build SOPs.
  • Leading HR Audits and ensuring samples, observations and improvements are managed.
  • Supporting and working with Legal and Finance teams on the Statutory Compliances and ensuring adherence as per the suggestions with any deviation risk being flagged
  • Ensuring day-to-day processes are accurately followed with no process deviation, any deviation to have " documented justification" and " documented exceptional approval
  • Providing knowledge sessions on insurance, statutory benefits, gratuity, holidays, annual appraisal files, compensation files, etc.
  • Supervising payroll inputs and ensuring payroll is error-free and as per the agreed timelines
  • Leading the complete compensation review cycle, including creation of annual appraisal files, functional and geographical budgets and presenting the variance report.
  • Accountability for quality control audit reviews for payroll processes
Technology and Automation:
  • Accountable for all HR Technology Tools
  • Working with all service providers to ensure SLAs are met and maintained
  • Recommending and implementing functional enhancements of tools
  • Managing Change & Adoption Management for HR & Productivity Tools and applications
  • Working on the need analysis, scope, project plan, vendor selection, UAT for any new HRMS/ Tech tool
  • Building Org structure architecture, creating and maintaining as per business needs
  • Collaborating with internal software product teams to build tools and workflows for HR automation
Data and Reports
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to various stakeholders.
  • Ensure the HR employee master data is accurately maintained and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to update employee records as necessary and in compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Ensuring right people directories and groups are maintained
  • Monitor HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensuring vendor connects, escalation matrix are established and agreed upon
Job Requirement
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
• 10 to 16 years of overall experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified
timelines
• Strong attention to detail and a very structured and organized approach to tasks at hand
