Job Description
Zycus is looking out for a 'Talent Acquisition Specialist' to join us at our Mumbai office, skilled at using various tools of recruitment, a good eye for talent and the superpower to attract skilled candidates.

The selected candidate is responsible for identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using traditional & non-traditional sources of recruiting.

Job Description:
  • You will be identifying the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles for varied technical roles.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified Product Developers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future software development needs.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate progress and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development recruitment.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
  • A dynamic recruiting professional with 5 - 12 years of hiring for a Software Company. 
  • Candidate should be an expert in either Tech hiring in Java Technologies OR in Non Tech hiring like Project Managers, Sales, BD, Marketing
  • Experience in High Volume Hiring.
  • Should be strong in Candidate Search
  • Screening of candidates
  • Possess overt persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance
  • Eager beaver attitude and an obsession with deadlines, experience in building relationships with hiring managers and technical teams, will be the drivers for this role
