Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to own and optimize our sales and marketing tech stack. This role is not just about managing tools but also about bringing strategic business intelligence to enhance sales and marketing motions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce CRM (SFDC Sales Cloud) and experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
This individual will be responsible for orchestrating integrations, automating workflows, optimizing data enrichment, and enhancing sales qualification/scoring models to drive revenue impact. They should have prior experience in Enterprise SaaS and a solid understanding of sales funnels and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Automation (Salesforce)
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules.
  • Create and optimize reports & dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, sales performance, and marketing impact.
  • Design and implement CRM automation to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain data hygiene and lead a data enrichment strategy using relevant tools.
  • Support sales qualification and scoring models, ensuring alignment with marketing & sales teams.
  • Enable seamless integration of CRM with other RevOps and marketing tools.
Marketing Automation & Demand Generation
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot) to ensure lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Own lead scoring and routing workflows to improve handoff between marketing and sales.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to execute targeted campaigns and measure pipeline influence.
  • Ensure marketing attribution models are correctly implemented in CRM & automation tools.
Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence
  • Support Revenue Operations tools like Clari, providing sales teams with real-time forecasting insights.
  • Work with Demandbase to enhance account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Develop sales funnel analytics, monitoring conversion rates across MQL, SQL, SAL, and Closed Won/Lost stages.
  • Leverage CRM and automation insights to identify sales bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Integrations & Data Management
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, marketing automation, ABM, and sales engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and RevOps to implement API-based integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
  • Drive data standardization and enrichment across platforms, ensuring clean and actionable insights.
Job Requirement
5+ years of experience in CRM & marketing automation, preferably in Enterprise SaaS.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Admin-level knowledge required).
Hands-on experience with Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot for marketing automation.
Familiarity with Clari, Demandbase, and other revenue intelligence tools.
Strong understanding of sales stages, lead scoring, and sales qualification models.
Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple tools, with basic API knowledge.
Strategic mindset – not just managing systems but aligning them to sales and marketing goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to derive actionable insights.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams.
