Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts in the US geography. As the Director of Marketing – US, you will be responsible for driving demand generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth across the enterprise segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, a strong grasp of account-based marketing (ABM), and experience in scaling marketing initiatives for enterprise software companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • ABM & Enterprise Marketing: Implement targeted marketing programs for large enterprises ($1B+ revenue), leveraging personalized content and engagement strategies.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with the sales team to optimize lead conversion, improve sales enablement, and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Event & Field Marketing: Plan and execute high-impact events, conferences, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Content & Digital Strategy: Oversee content marketing, SEO, PPC, and digital advertising efforts to increase brand awareness and inbound traffic.
  • Partner & Alliance Marketing: Collaborate with key consulting and SI partners to create joint marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Analytics & ROI: Track and optimize marketing performance, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) and data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Should have an Engineering Degree in Computers and should be an MBA from a Tier 1 Business School
  • Should have at least 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in marketing enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or spend management domains.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and event marketing.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and aligning marketing efforts to support large deal closures.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
