We are looking for a Process Consultant to analyze, optimize, and enhance our clients’ operational workflows, ensuring seamless adoption of our products. As a Process Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Implementation, and Customer Success, to ensure successful deployment and utilization of our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document customer business processes, workflows, and pain points.
Identify gaps and recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to map current and future state processes.
Drive change management initiatives for seamless adoption of SaaS solutions.
Assist in solution configuration, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal teams.
Support pre-sales teams with process analysis and solution demonstrations.
Provide ongoing advisory support to customers for continuous process optimization.
