Job Description
Zycus is looking for Professional Services Presales Consultant who will Act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Professional Services, and prospective clients. Shape how customers adopt our S2P SaaS platform by designing implementation strategies, building trusted relationships, and driving value realization—while also carrying a quota for services bookings and backlog build.

Objectives (what you'll accomplish):

  • Own and achieve a quota for professional services bookings
  • Build and maintain a healthy backlog of services projects
  • Lead scoping, SOW creation, and pricing of services engagements
  • Deliver accurate services forecasting aligned with Finance and Delivery
  • Influence implementation success through effective discovery and risk identification
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure services proposals are feasible, profitable, and compelling
  • Support partner-led deals and evaluate partner serviceability
  • Ensure clean handoff of scoped projects to the delivery team
  • Provide thought leadership to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the client engagement and implementation processes

  • Execution Ownership: Able to deliver proposals and SOWs with speed, accuracy, and confidence
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Desire to contribute to pricing tools, templates, and scoping methodology with a curiosity to leverage AI tools to accelerate improvement.
Job Requirement
  • 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services, Presales, or Consulting
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding services booking quotas
  • Deep familiarity with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, SAP, etc.
  • Strong proposal, SOW, and pricing skills in fixed fee and T&M models
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ideal:
  • Prior experience in managing partner-led or hybrid implementation deals
  • Hands-on exposure to Salesforce, PSA tools, and advanced Excel modeling
  • Nice-to-have:
  • PMP or similar professional certifications
  • Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models
