Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Solution Consultant with deep expertise in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain and procurement technology to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. In this high-impact presales consultant role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, leveraging your knowledge of SaaS solutions, S2P software, and digital procurement transformation to solve complex sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and procure-to-pay challenges. You will partner closely with Sales to drive deal success by delivering compelling solution demonstrations and value-based presentations, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and architecting tailored S2P solution blueprints for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer procurement and supply chain challenges and align them with our S2P solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops to capture customer requirements and design tailored S2P solution blueprints.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations that showcase business value, ROI, and differentiation in the S2P space.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with high-quality, accurate, and compelling content.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring client requirements are effectively mapped to solution capabilities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on S2P processes (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay, Spend Analytics, etc.).
  • Advise CPOs, procurement leaders, and IT stakeholders on best practices and digital transformation in procurement.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to share customer insights and influence the product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, webinars, and thought-leadership sessions.
Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting with SaaS enterprise software.
  • Mandatory: Strong expertise in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procurement software domain (e.g., Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay, Spend Analysis).
  • Proven track record of working with enterprise customers ($1B+ revenue organizations).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly articulate business value and competitive differentiation in S2P solutions.
  • Experience handling RFPs, building solution proposals, and driving complex sales cycles.
  • Flexibility to travel for client workshops, demos, and industry events.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience working with or against major S2P platforms such as:
    SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or Zycus.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Hands-on experience in digital procurement transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation trends in procurement (e.g., guided buying, autonomous sourcing, supplier risk management).
