Job Description
About Certinal:  
Certinal is an enterprise eSignature platform under Zycus, competing with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We serve Fortune 500 customers across healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement sectors including Apollo Hospitals, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Magna International.  Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. We maintain an 81 NPS score and are known for superior technical capabilities, flexible pricing, and exceptional customer support.

About the Role:
As an HR Intern at Certinal, you will work closely with Strategy & Operations to support recruitment, core HR processes, and enhance employee experience. You will gain practical exposure to HR operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, including recruitment, onboarding, people analytics, policy administration, and employee engagement.

This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how modern HR functions support business growth, culture, and compliance within a dynamic, technology-driven organization.

Stipend: Rs.20,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and support induction programs
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, surveys, and internal communication campaigns
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as required
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analytics dashboards
  • Conduct market research on HR trends and recommend process improvements
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters
Eligibility: 
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA, MBA, BA, or equivalent)
  • Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in HR, people operations, or related fields preferred (not mandatory)
Duration & Benefits: 
  • Internship duration: 3-6 months 
  • Location: Hybrid / Remote (flexible) 
  • Certificate and LOR on completion. 
  • Opportunity for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
