Job Description
We’re expanding our Business Development team and looking for high-energy, target-driven professionals who can generate pipeline, engage prospects, and accelerate our enterprise SaaS growth.
Open Roles
1️⃣ Business Development Executive (BDE)
Ideal for 0–3 years experience
What you’ll do:
  • Prospect and generate qualified leads
  • Run outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn
  • Identify decision makers and build early interest
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for the Sales Team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and hit weekly/monthly outreach targets
2️⃣ Business Development Manager (BDM)
Ideal for 4–10 years experience
What you’ll do:
  • Own outbound pipeline creation
  • Manage and mentor junior BDEs
  • Run advanced prospecting and discovery
  • Drive account-based outreach strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead quality
  • Deliver monthly pipeline and meeting quotas
🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Prior experience in SaaS / B2B Technology (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting
  • High ownership, resilience, and goal orientation
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Gong is a plus
