Job Description

As a Management Trainee in Performance Marketing (AI-First), you will join our Global Marketing team to drive demand generation through a data-driven, AI-integrated approach. This role is designed for a high-potential fresh graduate who is eager to master B2B SaaS growth, experiment with Agentic AI, and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns that generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and artificial intelligence—building expertise in performance marketing while leveraging the latest AI tools to scale impact and drive business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta to generate high-quality MQLs and support pipeline growth
  • AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to scale content creation, personalize ad copy, automate routine performance reporting, and enhance campaign efficiency
  • Platform Management: Gain hands-on exposure to advanced B2B marketing tools including Demandbase for Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Influ2 for people-based marketing, and various marketing automation suites
  • Data Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS), track ROI, and translate complex data sets into actionable insights to improve funnel conversion and campaign effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with GTM (Go-To-Market), content, web, and sales teams to align paid media strategies with overarching business objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Adopt a growth hacker mentality—continuously test new channels, messaging, targeting strategies, and AI-powered tools to identify scalable opportunities
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders, highlighting key trends, learnings, and recommendations for optimization
Job Requirement

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or B.Com.
  • MBA in Marketing (must-needed).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong passion for marketing, growth hacking, and understanding Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Eagerness to learn about B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation.
  • Basic understanding or keen interest in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools) and performance marketing (PPC, LinkedIn campaigns).
  • Strong analytical aptitude and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to work with information and identify trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to take initiative and learn new skills rapidly.
  • Prior internship experience, academic projects, or extracurricular involvement in marketing or a related field is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
