Job Description
Zycus is looking for a Paid Campaign Manager with 6 years of experience in managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B SaaS. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive demand generation and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will also oversee budget management and leverage Demandbase for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
  • Design, execute, and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword strategies.
  • Set up conversion tracking and retargeting pixels for accurate performance measurement.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Demand Generation & Funnel Management:
  • Align the campaign objective with demand generation funnel aligning organization marketing strategies and business goals.
Content and Creative Development:
  • Capability to contribute to the development of campaigns, content, copy, and creatives, recognizing that these elements are crucial for performance marketing success.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyse campaign metrics (CTR, ROI, CPC) to identify trends and actionable insights, discuss with internal and make changes in the campaign accordingly.
  • Create visually compelling reports using data storytelling techniques to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Present recommendations for improving campaign outcomes based on analytics.
  • Build, manage and communicate the lead pipeline from paid campaigns for the marketing team.
Collaboration:
  • Work cross-functionally with Regional GTM team, design, content and web development teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives quickly and effectively.
  • Provide strategic input on content creation for landing pages and ad creatives.
Tool Utilization:
  • Leverage tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Salesforce, and Eloqua, factors.ai for campaign targeting and automation.
Job Requirement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
  • Minimum of 6years of experience in paid media roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns extensively.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Education:
  • MBA from a reputable business school.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in analysing advertising data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in working with Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua).
  • Ability to manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively.
Creative Skills:
  • Strong capability in developing and refining ad creatives and messaging.
  • Ability to provide creative inputs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
  • Ability to craft visual data stories that drive decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Demandbase or 6Sense for targeted B2B campaigns.
  • Certifications in Linkedin Ads, DemandBase, Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
