🌍 Business Development Representative – French Language

Zycus is on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Specialist fluent in French (written & verbal). If you’ve got 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, love building pipelines, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, we want to hear from you! Your Mission: Lead the French Connection at Zycus 🇫🇷💼
As a French-speaking Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of Zycus in French-speaking markets — the spark that ignites meaningful conversations and the engine powering our lead generation efforts. From the first “Bonjour” to building lasting client relationships, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint. With your fluency in French and cultural know-how, you’ll uncover opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and help drive our next phase of growth across borders.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to identify key accounts and personalize your outreach.
  • Pitch Perfect: Effectively communicate Zycus' value proposition to decision-makers and book high-impact meetings.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Stay Informed: Keep tabs on market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune your strategy.

  • French Fluency: Native or near-native (C1+) in written and spoken French.
  • Cultural Fit: Strong understanding of French-speaking cultures and business communication norms.
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in business development, preferably in SaaS, tech, or international markets (US/EMEA).
  • Drive & Grit: High energy, proactive mindset, and a fearless attitude toward outbound sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools Salesforce and HubSpot and sales engagement platforms.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, coachable, and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
