Job Description
Zycus is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative for Certinal, our digital signature product (www.certinal.com). Certinal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zycus. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying decision-makers, and driving new business for our innovative SaaS procurement software solutions. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who is looking to advance their career in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Prospecting & Qualification: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on procurement needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and track progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for lead generation.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on procurement industry trends and competitor offerings
Job Requirement
Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1–3 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS or digital solutions sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads in a B2B setting.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable)
  • Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
  • Strong, in-depth analytical skill
  • Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
  • Account Mapping & Social Selling ability
  • Networking & Team Management
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./MBA from premium institutes
