We’re Tario – your sales team’s new favorite AI. Our Agentic AI doesn’t just assist—it takes action. Think autonomous outreach, smart follow-ups, and always-on sales hustle. Built for fast-growing SaaS & tech teams who want speed without scaling headcount. Now we’re looking for someone to grow Tario the same way we built it: fast, smart, and ahead of the curve. You will be involved in executing highly successful go-to-market strategies and delivering impactful narratives for our sales teams. Tario is looking for a growth hacker responsible for driving go-to market activities. The incumbent would be responsible for performance marketing demand generation activities, with hands-on experience with managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google PPC/ analytics etc. You will work closely with marketing operations, sales, product, customer success and most other teams within the organization.Tario is your sales team’s new favorite AI—built for fast-growing SaaS teams. · SEO That Ranks: Own organic traffic. Build search-first content. Turn Tario into a traffic machine.

· Paid Ads That Perform: Launch and scale Google & LinkedIn ads. Optimize for results, not just reach.

· Social That Converts: Build our LinkedIn presence. Turn posts into demo requests. Grow followership with vibes + value.

· Emails That Don’t Suck: Automate nurture flows using Make.com. Cold-to-warm, signup-to-demo, all of it.

· Launches That Hit: Plan and run big moments—like Product Hunt drops. Create hype, drive traffic, and close loops.

· Events That Matter: Run webinars, live demos, and community drops. Own the pre/post flow and everything in between.

· Automation Wizardry: Use Make.com + Clay to automate boring stuff and scale the smart stuff.

· Analytics That Speak: Track what works. Kill what doesn’t. Move fast on the stuff that moves the needle.

Job Requirement

You’re Probably a Fit If You...

· Have 2–5 years of experience growing B2B SaaS or tech products

· Know how to launch on Product Hunt (not just post)

· Can run Google & LinkedIn ads with your eyes closed

· Live inside LinkedIn, not just scroll it

· Have worked with Make.com and Clay, or want to master them

· Think like a founder, hustle like a creator, and move like a PMM

· Love working in small, agile teams where your ideas actually ship
