You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming Zycus’ suite of procurement and supply chain solutions into next-gen, AI-driven products with built-in intelligence, automation, and adaptability.

At Zycus, we strongly believe only an empowered Product Management Team can take a product forward and so we entrust our Product Managers to take all the product related decisions. We treat the product managers as CEOs for their products, and product managers are evaluated on the product's commercial success.
Also, product managers are our evangelists - they are responsible for articulating the product's vision to customers, partners, analysts and internal stakeholders like sales, presales and implementation teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-first enterprise products, especially those leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, and advanced automation.
- Drive product innovation that enables autonomous decision-making and enhances user experience via adaptive workflows and contextual intelligence.
- Partner with engineering, AI/ML teams, and data science to shape product architectures that are scalable, secure, and continuously learning.
- Define AI use cases across sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and compliance, translating business pain points into high-impact product features.
- Guide end-to-end product development – from discovery and rapid prototyping to deployment and post-launch iteration.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and infuse AI capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Champion a user-first mindset with experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
- Work closely with GTM, sales, and marketing to define compelling product narratives and positioning.
- Stay ahead of market trends, research advancements in GenAI and agentic systems, and bring those insights into the product roadmap.
