Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and skilled Solution Consultant with a strong background in enterprise software demonstration and business process transformation to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team and drive our sales efforts in DACH (Deutschland, Austria, Switzerland) region. In this high-impact role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise in SaaS solutions and your ability to map software capabilities to complex business challenges. You will partner closely with Sales to drive deal success by delivering compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations, responding to RFPs, and architecting tailored solution blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer business challenges in areas like procurement, supply chain, and finance.
  • Lead discovery workshops to capture detailed customer requirements and design tailored solution strategies.
  • Deliver impactful, customized software demonstrations that clearly articulate business value, ROI, and competitive differentiation.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with high-quality, accurate, and compelling content.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring client requirements are effectively met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on how enterprise software can optimize and transform core business processes.
  • Advise C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders on best practices and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to share customer insights and influence the product roadmap.
Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Presales Engineer role for enterprise SaaS software.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating complex enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM, or Supply Chain systems) to large enterprise customers ($1B+ revenue organizations).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and articulate software value in the context of those processes.
  • Experience handling RFPs, building solution proposals, and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Flexibility to travel for client engagements and industry events.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience demonstrating or implementing enterprise software at organizations using systems such as: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, Netsuite, IFS, Epicor, Sage.
  • Hands-on experience in business process transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation trends in enterprise software.
  • Any background or exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance processes is a significant advantage, but not a requirement.
