Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts globally. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving demand generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth across the enterprise segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, a strong grasp of account-based marketing (ABM), and proven experience in scaling marketing initiatives for enterprise software companies, particularly in the digital signature, compliance, and document management solutions space.
This is a pivotal leadership position where you will shape Certinal's market positioning, build a high-performing marketing organization, and directly contribute to accelerating our go-to-market (GTM) strategy as we expand into new geographies and verticals.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Certinal’s global marketing strategy and plan, aligning all initiatives to revenue, pipeline, and market expansion goals in priority regions and verticals.
- Drive end-to-end demand generation and ABM programs to create and accelerate qualified pipeline for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging for Certinal’s digital signature and e-consent platform, ensuring clear differentiation across all channels and assets.
- Oversee content and digital marketing (website, SEO, paid campaigns, webinars, email, social) to fuel inbound demand and thought leadership.
- Partner closely with Sales on target account selection, lead handoff processes, sales enablement, and shared KPIs across the funnel.
- Plan and execute field marketing, events, and partner-led programs to influence strategic deals and strengthen presence in key industries and geographies.
- Lead product marketing initiatives including market and competitive research, persona and use-case mapping, value propositions, and GTM for new features and solutions.
- Build and manage a modern marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and establish dashboards to track performance, CAC, ROI, and funnel health.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals, operating rhythms, and a culture of experimentation and accountability.
- Own the marketing budget, continuously optimizing spend across channels and programs based on data-driven insights and business priorities
