Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This 6-month trainee program is ideal for graduates who are eager to build a career in recruitment, specifically non-technical hiring. You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Support the complete hiring lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding for non-technical roles.
Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Engaging Conversations: Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice.
Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.

*** This is a full time internship role. Candidates should be willing to work full time as a Management Trainee for 6 months.

Job Requirement

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech from a reputed institute is mandatory.
MBA is optional

Additional Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, consultative approach.
High ownership mindset with excellent follow-up discipline.
Go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Prior internship or exposure in recruitment, HR, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
