Job Description
As an Operations Analyst within the Professional Services (PS) organization, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining audit-ready records, and tracking key delivery metrics aligned to employee performance goals. This role supports internal compliance, MBO tracking, and the data governance necessary to power the annual Variable Pay Process (VPP). Success in this role requires strong analytical discipline, attention to process adherence, and effective collaboration across consulting and delivery leadership.

Objectives (what you'll accomplish):

  • - Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports that monitor delivery KPIs (utilization, backlog, project health, etc.)
  • - Collaborate with Project Managers and Resource Managers to support weekly resourcing and delivery performance visibility
  • - Track individual and team-level MBO (Management by Objective) metrics across roles and geographies
  • - Ensure data quality and audit readiness of project-related inputs tied to VPP eligibility
  • - Coordinate with HR and Delivery Leadership to provide validated performance data for VPP cycles
  • - Support internal compliance and process adherence by enforcing delivery documentation standards (SOW tracking, project kickoff, closure checklists, etc.)
  • - Document and maintain SOPs for operational processes and MBO metric calculations
  • Attend and Provide necessary evidences for Audits like Audit for SOC Compliance
  • Manage professional services financial metrics (revenue, sales forecasting, etc)

  • - Data Accuracy & Validation: Strong attention to detail in reviewing and managing performance-related inputs
  • - Operational Insight: Understanding of how Professional Services teams track metrics tied to incentive compensation
  • - PSA Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Salesforce, or similar systems for project and MBO tracking
  • - Process Governance: Ability to uphold and reinforce internal delivery and documentation standards
  • - Communication: Ability to communicate data-driven insights and audit findings clearly and professionally
  • - Confidentiality & Integrity: High standards of discretion when managing performance and compensation-related data


Job Requirement

Experience & Qualifications (Required, Ideal, Nice-to-have):

Required:
  • - 2–4+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, or compliance roles
  • - Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills
  • - Familiarity with consulting or professional services team structures and workflows
  • Strong Analytical capabilities demonstrating Trends
Ideal:
  • - Experience tracking performance metrics, goals, or KPIs for employee evaluation or compensation
  • - Exposure to operational audits, internal controls, or HR/compensation processes
  • - Prior experience working with delivery or implementation teams in a SaaS environment for similar role
Nice-to-have:
  • - Familiarity with MBO frameworks and performance calibration
  • - Exposure to PSA, CRM, or HRIS systems (e.g., Wrike, Salesforce, etc)
  • - Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Delivery, and Finance
